I understand that the information given during each session is educational in nature and is used under my own responsibility and discretion.

I take full responsibility for my coaching session.

In no case will I hold Julie Anne Christophe or Change Revolution responsible for any act issued by me.

By purchasing this service hereby, I authorize Julie Anne Christophe to coach me or teach me the process according to all terms and conditions.
